Goal setting and staying focused is important while trying to trying to crush your fitness goals. I’ve remained consistent but there are days where I don’t feel like doing much. It’s mind over matter. Making fitness apart of your daily lifestyle is better than treating it like a part time hobby. I’ve managed to stay consistent and incorporate it into my daily life.
